Why our own product is the useful reference
It is a project where we made every call and then lived with all of them.
We owned the consequences
No hand-off at launch. We built it, shipped it to two stores, and still run it — a different discipline from delivering and walking away.
Correctness over cleverness
The interesting part is a ledger that has to balance. If your problem has a similar shape — money, inventory, bookings, credits — that is the work we know.
AI where it earns its place
Model calls in the two spots where judgment beats rules, and nowhere else. Not an assistant bolted onto a screen that did not need one.
