DollarBets — Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation

DollarBets has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to protecting minors and preventing any use of our app that endangers children.

Our standards

• We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or communication that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses minors — including CSAM, grooming, sextortion, and trafficking.
• DollarBets is intended for adults (18+). We restrict users that Google determines to be minors, and our content rating and account creation reflect an adult audience.
• Any user who engages in CSAE will have their content removed and their account permanently terminated.

How we prevent and respond to CSAE

• In-app reporting: Users can report any user, message, or content directly in the app (the Report action, available alongside Block on profiles and chat messages).
• Blocking: Users can block others to immediately stop all interaction.
• Review and enforcement: We review reports and act on them, including content removal and permanent account termination.
• Legal reporting: We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

How to report CSAE

• In the app: use the Report option on a user or message.
• By email: mail@openhayeye.com — reports of suspected CSAE are treated as our highest priority.
• You may also report CSAM directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org (US) or to your local authorities.
