Delete your DollarBets Ai account

You can delete your DollarBets account at any time, from inside the app or by email. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

   Open the DollarBets app.

   Go to Profile.

   Tap Delete Account.

This removes your account and associated data. If you no longer have the app installed, or would rather we handle it, email mail@openhayeye.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

What happens to your data

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your profile and personal data.

Because bets and their chat are shared between the two participants, the other players in your past bets keep those records, with your name shown as “Deleted user” rather than your username. If you select the option at deletion, the text of the chat messages you sent is also removed.

Limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Download your data first

You can download a copy of your data at any time in the App, under Profile → Download My Data. Deletion cannot be undone, so it is worth doing this before you delete the account if you want a record of it.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active Plus or Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, and are cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings. See Terms of Use, section 4.
